Vivantio Service Desk On Site has a traditional licencing model with a one-off purchase price and an annual maintenance fee. For evaluation, we can provide a free trial and/or an on site demonstration where we can present the solution in more detail. A consultant will then visit to install the software and provide training.

On Demand
Vivantio Service Desk On Demand is hosted at a secure data centre and we charge an all-inclusive monthly fee per user. There are no installation charges or annual maintenance fees, and no need to provide and maintain your own equipment. This option also benefits from rapid deployment. We will set up a free trial for you which gives you full access to your own On Demand account. If you like it, keep it! You can place an order at the end of the trial.
