Vivantio Service Desk - User Group

Clicks Management hosted a Vivantio Service Desk User Group on Wednesday 10th March 2010 in Mayfair, London.

Our User Groups provide a unique opportunity for Vivantio Service Desk users to further their product knowledge in order to increase their company's efficiency and to deploy new features to their customer base.

The events consist of prepared product demonstrations and open round table discussions with other Vivantio Service Desk users. Business owners and IT Directors will learn how to improve interactions with their clients and how to improve service levels offered.

All attendees will benefit from the opportunity to network with their peers during the breaks and perhaps pick up some new ideas or business opportunities, bring some business cards!
