Vivantio Service Desk Version 2.4

Vivantio Service Desk v2.4 includes new features such as:

  • Multiple working time plans
  • SLA’s per client
  • Improved support across time zones
  • Plus a variety of customer requested enhancements
The major new feature introduced in Version 2.4 is the ability to create more than one working time plan. This is a big step forward for customers with complex service level requirements and those who are providing service and support to external clients with varying service level agreements.

The ability to create multiple working time plans also helps those customers working across different time zones and this apsect of the system will be improving even further in future releases.

Other improvements in Vivantio Service Desk 2.4 include increased security particularly regarding inbound and outbound emails and various improvements to the interface based on feedback from customers.
