Example of Vivantio & NTRsupport - Live Chat Integration

NTRsupport will allow you to chat with the operator, quickly and securely. We have integrated this with Vivantio Service Desk to allow the Helpdesk Operator to chat with the customer whilst co-browsing the Vivantio Call Ticket.

What does the Helpdesk Operator see?
The Helpdesk operator will see your Vivantio call ticket above the NTRsupport live chat conversation. Click here for a sample live chat session

Live Asset Scan
Once the chat session has been initiated with the customer the Helpdesk operator can request a live audit of the customer's PC. The results of the scan can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and attached to the customer's Asset record in Vivantio. What Else?
